Staff Farewell: Security and staff at the exit maintain professional courtesy, often thanking guests for visiting. It's a small touch that creates a better final impression than many nightclubs manage.

Navigation: The venue layout makes finding the exit intuitive. Even in a crowded, dark environment, exit signs are visible and pathways logical. We never felt disoriented or uncertain about how to leave.

Transportation Coordination: Staff outside can help coordinate Grab/Gojek pickups if needed. The pickup zone is clearly marked and reasonably organized considering how many people leave simultaneously when the club closes.

Safety: The most important aspect of any exit process is safety, and Dragonfly scores well here. Security ensures orderly crowd flow, preventing crushing or stampedes. The area outside the venue in Graha BIP remains well-lit and monitored.

Our only complaint: during peak exit times (around 3-4 AM when the club closes), securing a Grab can take 15-20 minutes due to high demand and driver availability. Plan accordingly or consider pre-arranging transportation.

Engagement: While follower count is strong, engagement rates could be higher. Posts typically receive 300-500 likes and handful of comments, suggesting the audience is somewhat passive. However, story views and DM interactions appear more active based on their response patterns.

Responsiveness: When we tested contacting them via Instagram DM, response time was 24-36 hours, which feels slow for a business in the hospitality industry. Questions were answered professionally but without particular warmth or personality.

Content Quality: The photos and videos accurately represent the Dragonfly experience. They're not overly filtered or misleading about what guests will encounter. This transparency builds trust.

Ride-Sharing Apps (Grab/Gojek): This is the most practical option for most guests. During all six of our visits, both pickup and drop-off via Grab and Gojek worked smoothly. The address is well-recognized in both apps, and drivers had no trouble finding the venue.

Drop-off costs from various areas:

• SCBD area: IDR 20,000-35,000 (10 minutes)
• Kemang: IDR 40,000-60,000 (15-20 minutes)
• Central Jakarta hotels: IDR 35,000-50,000 (12-18 minutes)

Pickup after the club was only slightly more challenging due to driver availability at late hours, but we never waited more than 15 minutes to secure a ride.
